A crown roast of pork is a stunning centerpiece dish made from a pork loin, specifically the rib section. When this butcher crafts this roast, they shape one or two bone-in pork loins into a circle with the ribs pointing upwards, resembling a crown. The center can be stuffed with a variety of fillings.
Roasts are approximately 7-12 lbs. These come frozen, so please allow for time to thaw before cooking.

Our hams can be prepared to weigh between 3-15 lb. The earlier we have your ham deposit, the better we can cut and prepare your ham to the desired weight. These hams come frozen with cooking instructions, but can always be dressed up with a variety of toppings. Great for breakfast, as an additional offering with a Turkey, or as a stand-alone option.
